I’m Simon Guthrie. I began my career in the tech sector, building systems and solving problems with innovation and precision. But through years of local volunteering, I saw firsthand that the most urgent challenges—inequality, disengagement, and climate crisis—can’t be solved with technology alone.

In 2025, I ran as a Green Party candidate for Member of Parliament to advocate for equity, sustainability, and participatory democracy.
